Understanding the Requirement

The first step is to hold a conversation with the hiring manager, the human capital team, and any other stakeholders involved in the hiring decision.

To ensure a successful selection process, it is essential to gain a clear understanding of the role’s complexities and specific requirements, as well as the cultural environment in which it operates, the associated challenges, and the expectations of the leadership. This includes identifying the technical and personal competencies required, as well as the potential trajectory of the professional within the organization.

Market Exploration and Talent Identification

We define the search strategy and conduct a thorough market scan to identify potential profiles across different sources and professional networks.

We then establish initial contact with each candidate to assess their level of interest, motivations, preliminary fit with the role, indicative compensation expectations, and to update their background information. This stage allows us to build a broad, diverse, and well-supported pool of candidates who may move forward in the process, ensuring a solid foundation for subsequent evaluation.

Preselection of Candidates

We analyze all the information gathered during the search stage and assess various elements to identify candidates with real potential to move forward. We consider their experience, competencies, motivations, and preliminary alignment with the role’s requirements.

At this stage, each candidate is interviewed by a Senior Consultant, allowing us to delve deeper into their background and validate the most relevant aspects of their profile.

Based on this information, we prepare a Long List of preselected professionals who will be recommended to proceed with interviews with the client.

Client Interviews

Once the client begins interviewing, we request their feedback to properly guide the next stages of the process and ensure we continue with the profiles that best align with their needs. Based on this input, we jointly determine which candidates will move on to the Short List and proceed with a more in-depth evaluation.

In parallel, the client may continue conducting additional interviews as needed, allowing for a flexible process that aligns with their internal selection criteria.

Integrated Competency Evaluation

We deepen the evaluation of shortlisted candidates through a competency-based interview conducted by a Senior Psychologist, along with reference checks and psychometric assessments. This allows us to validate the consistency of the information and strengthen our conclusions. If the client wishes to incorporate additional assessment tools, we can easily integrate them. Finally, we consolidate our evaluation into an individual Confidential Report for each finalist, providing a clear and well-founded assessment of their fit for the role.

Hiring Process and Follow-Up

We support the hiring process with our market expertise, helping facilitate a transparent negotiation aligned with industry practices.

We accompany the finalist through the resignation stage, and once the offer is accepted, we formally close the process by informing the remaining candidates.

Additionally, we conduct post-hire follow-up to ensure the candidate’s successful integration into the organization.
